Which size should I order?
Sizes follow your shoe size: Small fits US women's 6-8 (men's 5-7), Medium 9-11 (8-10), Large 12-14 (11-13). The size guide on the product page has the UK, EU and AU equivalents. Between two sizes, take the larger one — compression should be firm, never a fight to put on.
How tight should they feel?
Snug at the ankle, easing off as they go up the calf — that is what graduated compression means. They should feel supportive and firm, never pinching. If you have to fight to get them over your heel, go up a size.
What are they made of?
A cotton-rich yarn, with elastane for stretch and nylon to hold the shape wash after wash. Underfoot there is midweight cushioning and a seamless toe; at the top, a ribbed calf and a cuff knitted to stay put without digging in.
Can I wear them all day?
That is what they are built for — a long shift, a flight, or a day spent upright. The knit is firmest at the ankle and eases off as it climbs, so it supports without cutting in.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low, or let them air dry. Skip the fabric softener: it coats the elastane and the compression fades faster.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Every payment is processed by Shopify — we never see your card details.

Where do you ship?
To 41 countries: France, the 26 countries of the European Union, and Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. If your country is not on that list, checkout will not be able to offer you a delivery option.
How much is shipping, and when is it free?
Standard shipping is 3.90 EUR within France and 4.90 EUR everywhere else we ship. Shipping is free on orders over $60 — the discount applies on its own at checkout, there is no code to enter.
When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Orders outside France are dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours. Within France, count 2 to 8 business days from order to doorstep.
How do I track my order?
You will get a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with the tracking link inside. You can also follow it from your account, through the Track an Order link at the bottom of any page.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. You have 99 days from delivery to send an order back for a full refund, worn or unworn — that is the point of the guarantee. Write to us with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
